As a production scenario with extremely high requirements for cleanliness, corrosion resistance, and fire safety, the selection of enclosure panels for food slaughterhouses directly affects production safety and product hygiene standards. This Jiangxi Fengcheng Slaughterhouse Project selected 50 mm thick, 1150-type machine-made extruded polystyrene cleanroom panels from Foshan Samzoon Sandwich Panel Co., Ltd., with a customized surface combination of one side color steel plus one side PVDF anti-corrosion panel. The total purchase volume reached 3,890 ㎡, along with matching hardware accessories and special doors, perfectly adapting to the high-humidity, bacteria-prone, and highly corrosive production environment of the slaughterhouse.
