A perforated acoustic panel is a precision-tuned, high NRC composite assembly designed for industrial plant noise reduction, gymnasium acoustic walls, and machine room soundproofing. Its acoustic performance, however, is highly sensitive to field handling. Clogged holes, incorrect cavity depth, panel warping, and unsealed joints can reduce the NRC by 30–50% post-installation. This module provides a complete site-work sequence—from incoming inspection and moisture-proof storage to dust-controlled cutting, cavity alignment, and joint sealing—for acoustic engineering firms, plant retrofit GCs, and procurement engineers.
